Meet John Haas
Since founding Management Strategies Group in 1987, John Haas has helped small- and mid-sized organizations that are experiencing and needing to manage major changes. Most clients are privately held owner-managed companies, and many are family businesses. He also works with a number of non-profit and cause-related organizations.
Working in close collaboration with the CEO/entrepreneur and other senior executives, Haas helps assure that practical and strategically sound solutions are developed, implemented and maintained. The focus is always on custom-tailored approaches to improving organizational effectiveness within each unique organizational setting and culture.
"I have sought John's advice for two of my businesses. John is intelligent, savvy and precise. He doesn't beat around the bush, and so he wastes no time in getting to the point of the matter. He's good. You'll find that out in your first five minutes with him."
